1.Since the pure of the Zirconia in the Nozzle Core is between 94 to 95, the working hours of our nozzle is longer than the average time in this line. 

2.The nozzle can be divided into Zirconia Metering Nozzle and Zirconia Metering Nozzle Quick Replacement. 

3.The working hours of the former one can lasts 8 to 18 hours. The upper nozzle of Metering Nozzle Quick Replacement can be used for 18to 24hours,or 30to 36hours,even can be as long as 40hours. As for the collect nozzle, its working time is between 6 to 8hours, the longest time of it is 12hours.
